Cancer Awareness & Advancement Talk by Dr. Shivang Shukla for Lions Club of Baroda

Dr. Shivang Shukla, a leading onco surgeon in Vadodara, gave an informative talk on “Cancer Awareness & Advancement” on Sunday, 27th September 2026, at Vakal Sevakendra, Sayajigunj, Vadodara. The session was organised for the Lions Club of Baroda Stadium and Lions Club of Baroda Harni Airport, and more than 60 participants attended.

The talk focused on the importance of cancer awareness, early detection and regular screening. Dr. Shukla explained common warning signs of cancer and lifestyle risk factors such as tobacco use, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity. He also explained why timely medical consultation can greatly improve treatment outcomes.
